This Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED interactive course covers current information on injuries and illnesses with core information for first aiders in a clear and straightforward manner. This course also covers new information on the use of hemostatic dressings, application of tourniquets, administering epinephrine, emergency dental care, and more. Instruction is based on the 2015 International Consensus Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC). This particular online class is an interactive series of cutting-edge online lectures designed to reinforce the knowledge students learned in the classroom and help them pinpoint any areas of weakness. The subscription length is 1 year; students must complete the hands-on skills check within 1 year of starting the online course to become certified.
