About

CADVP - R was developed to evaluate how prepared a person is for an advancement in his or her career. It will provide information on whether an employee has the attitude, traits, and behaviors needed to move up the ladder. The results of this test should not be used to make a final determination on suitability for a position, but may be used in conjunction with other indicators to help make risk-based or career guidance decisions.
